Hi there,
I’m Nikki
Quinn.
I’m a junior at Duke University (Class of 2027) and a Division I athlete on the Duke Volleyball Team. I’m pursuing a self-designed Program II major called Virtual Reality and the Design Process, a degree that brings together mechanical engineering and visual arts to explore how immersive technology can make imagination tangible. My work focuses on how VR and AR can streamline prototyping, strengthen iteration, and allow designers to test aesthetics, mechanics, and spatial interactions all at once.
At the core of my projects is a fascination with how technology can transform ideas into lived experiences - whether that’s a fully interactive VR museum gallery, a large-scale Unreal Engine installation, or a 3D-printed prototype designed to solve a real user problem. I love working in the creative space where art, engineering, and storytelling overlap, and I’m always excited to bring both technical precision and imaginative design to every project I build.
